All pricing for the products and services available on our site is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within the Continental U.S.: Orders placed for in stock merchandise within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after the shipping label has been processed. We aim for quick delivery and thank you for your understanding.

Please be aware that certain products may have extended delivery times. Depending on the item and its availability, shipping may take 3 to 10 weeks.
any pre purchased item or purchased while on back order. No refunds will be issued during this timeframe. All sales final. No chargebacks.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs. We use only premium carriers UPS, Fed Ex, USPS with various delivery options available for many items. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

All shipping prices are quoted in United States dollars.

Please note the posted shipping time frame is listed on the individual product page and may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.

There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If the delay is more than 14 business days, we will send you an e-mail message notifying you of the delay. If the delay will be less than 14 business days, we will ship the product as soon as it is received. If your product is on backorder for more than 14 business days, we will send you an e-mail message asking if you want to cancel the order. If you do not advise us that you would like to cancel the order, we will keep the order active and provide a tracking number issued by the carrier.

Our online inventory is synchronized with the real-time stock in our Flagship Location. We strive to prevent stock issues, they may occasionally occur. Rest assured, we process orders accurately and promptly, charging your card only when your order is confirmed as in stock and ready to ship.

We ship worldwide! Check our Shipping Policies page for detailed information on international orders.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT MY CREDIT CARD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED YET.
To prevent fraud and ensure customer protection, we manually verify every order. Once verified, we will charge your card and send you tracking information.

Returns Policy
All returns must be submitted within 15 days by emailing us at [email protected]. We will initiate the return process and send you a prepaid shipping label.

Returns must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Clothing and footwear must be free of dirt, hair, fur, and any odors. Skateboard hardgoods must be in original packaging with no blemishes. Once gripped or assembled, skateboards cannot be returned.

Returns are only allowed on full-price purchases. All discounted items marked as 'on sale' are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for Surprise Boxes.

RAFFLE PURCHASES
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for raffle purchases.

NIKE SB DUNKS
All Dunk purchases are final sales and cannot be returned.

Overripe Return Policy
Overripe Items, marked as such in the description, are skate memorabilia Due to their age, we cannot accept returns on "Overripe" items. We do our best to note any flaws in the descriptions. Please review all pictures carefully before purchasing.

How to Complete Your Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at [email protected].

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return to Sender Policy
If an item is returned to Post Modern due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
